Horrible student services support

I am frustrated and annoyed. Last year I registered for my first year and I was granted 3 exemptions for some reason on my student comms app only two were reflecting when I enquired about it last year I was told they would fix it, now I am trying to register for my second year on the app and it’s saying that I have to carry over the exempted module.

I have been trying to solve this issue for over four weeks, I contacted student services and they were of no help and told me to contact my student advisor, which I did but nothing has been done and I’ve been calling her almost everyday for the past few weeks but no progress whatsoever. I don’t see why this has been dragged out as it is a simple fix, they need to fix their mistake and add the exemption. I need to register for my second year, registration is closing soon and I was told that if I register without the exemption being added I will have to do the module. This is unfair to me because Mancosa failed to do their part and add the exemption. I am frustrated at this point.
