Horrible service from mancosa head office

I have completed my PGDBM with mancosa i did not go to graduate and now i have paid them last week to send me my certificate no reply from them i tried to call them from Monday all they do is to transfer you from one person to another and keep me on hold for more that 15 minutes than after the phone hangs up.....................i have called the more than 20 times this week no luck and i have finished more than R100 airtime on the i do not know what to do or should i go to speakour, 3rd degree or even check point i do not know. my student number is 136699 ............funny enough i do not even owe them i have paid them on time.
