Horrible customer services

I app**** towards month end to study for the Bachelor of commerce in Project management. I got an email saying my student advisor is Elton Maabela, that person had never bothered to contact me with feedback. I have emailed another student advisor by the name of Letticia who promised to get Elton to contact me but that never happened. I have been calling but agents drop my calls.
