horrible application experience

I am a Cyber Security professional with more than 10 years of experience, I currently hold various industry qualifications. I was told I don't qualify because I hold an American High School diploma and was told to do a higher certificate. It seems like they did not even bother to look at my CV they just saw this as an opportunity to upsell their certificates. This is ridiculous and does not make sense at all I have lost respect for this university honestly. I have done more complex programs at Harvard university and did not experience this horrible treatment. When I asked the question why I don't qualify they could not give a valid reason. I am really glad that there are other options out there that one could pursue with better accreditation.
