I registered for a course and paid for the year in full. Thereafter I didn’t receive any of my study materials after numerous phone calls and unanswered emails I received a study pack yesterday ( less than a month before my 1st assignment is due) will ALL of the INCORRECT books! Not one relating to the course I registered for! I feel like after receiving my payment for the year, no one cares about the level of service I am receiving!
