HOPELESS

I have been trying so long now to have my surname updated and changed to my marital one. A simple request.. The support services is so hopeless it is actually disgusting that such a big organisation like Mancosa can be ***********. They keep referring me to mancosa fresh desk oh my word without any log on details i do i access???? Surely you would think they would have a department that could assist with things like this. Now just tell me I am writing exams now in the next 2 weeks and I have my new ID what then??? I am so sick of this honestly.
