Honours research - so disappointing

How am l told that l have a turnitin of 23% and therefore l need to retract my research and repeat again next year, if not l will be expelled from the varsity because of plagiarism?? I am so dissapointed at Mancosa, not even been given an opportunity to fix my turnitin, where’s other students are given 2nd or 3rd chances to fix theirs. I feel like l am pushed into the corner and am only left with no option but to retract my report if l don’t want to run a risk of being expelled, especially since l am only left with this one module to finish off my honours!! This is just so not fair, why hasn’t this been picked up in the process when there report was still sent internal?? Why was l given a go ahead to forward to the external reviewer. Mancosa u need to do right by us, this is so not on. I need someone that will explain how am l being told to retract my research when my turnitin is 23%, which is below the acceptable level. I am not happy at all!
