Highly dissapointed student

This is my second time writing a review regarding the same matter with no assistance, I have logged so many request for MANCOSA to assist with my Isizulu assignment due to no upload button I couldn't submit my assignment. When I speak to the service consultants they make promises that they will assist I must wait 72hrs for the matter to be resolved. I am still waiting since last year May. My company needs my results and they are willing to assist with taking this matter further because they paid for the fees.
