Hi, I’m currently a student here and I need assistance with my results. Their student online support platforms they are all ineffective. I have pending results query from the begging of the year, i submitted all my assessments and reports but they telling me they are not in the system, I submitted online proof from their system- still not resolved. Now they send me a letter to re-register, & and the one subject not reflecting at all. I cannot re-register without obtaining my marks. The institution communication & resolution services is flowed. The department HOD, is not taking private massages, hence I opt for external intervention. If need be I will escalate to DoE, these are our hard earned money’s and secrifise we make to empower ourselves. They touched the wrong person.
