Had service

I don't even know how to call my self I am a registered student with Mancosa ACFP. Since the I have joined the institution I have never been happy their services is so bad in everything that I did I had to lodge a complain before i could get help.I have submitted my assignment that was due on time loged several queries but even today I did not receive the outcome. My frustrations is that I don't know if u was suppose to reregister for the failed module or to wait for the results.We are now at the end of the term but nothing seems to work their phone's are just ringing. When you call Durban they will say you should call aJHB but their phone's are not anwered. I wish someone could tell the or send me the outcome of my assignment so that I can start looking for the institution that will care about my studies not care only if they want money from me.
