I would like to thank two of your student services team members that were both very patient, efficient and effective. I had a problem with my portal and Modules for my honors program need less to say I had been given the run around for hours being place on hold continuously or being referred to people who didn’t know what they where doing until Antoinette Lebon and Belinda assisted me they fixed the problems I had in record breaking time for mancosa services and called to check if I was having any other problems. They exemplify the kind of team leaders you need in your and I would strongly advice that the rest of your staff should take lessons from them.
