Great help from Lerato

I received the best help from Lerato over the phone. I unfortunately didn’t get her surname but she helped me out when I had trouble accessing my OSA and walked me through it over the phone. I had the worst morning trying to get help from the live chat which was a waste of my two hours but Lerato helped me so quickly and even called me back when I got disconnected. She even wished me all the best and that really kept me going during me exam cause like I said I had a rough morning. It’s really the little things. P.S… I generally don’t vouch for Mancosa as a whole and can’t wait to be done with them, I really don’t recommend the school however I can’t not share when something good happens there cause it’s quite rare!
