Grave Dissatisfaction about MANCOSA

I am a student at MANCOSA doing my MBA an 2020 intake year1. Truth of the matter is that with MANCOSA one find it very difficult to login into their systems or portal. Almost all of my assignments I had to panic when I am about to submit. I wrote an assignment of which I did not perform well but I was allowed to write the exam and I did well on the exam I obtained 68% and when combined with my year mark I obtained or passed above 50%. And I am told that I must re-register the module with close to R10 000. How do you write an exam without qualifying? Nobody sent me an email that I must resubmit my assignment, I could not even access mymancosa or mancosaconnect, even the new App was giving me problems, at some point it rendered me wrong results. I was told that I had to write an assignment after I have written my exam, how do you write an exam without knowing your year mark? Most terrifying I was told that my exam mark went down the drain.
