Gratitude to Zuko
I would like to give my gratitude to Zuko Silevana from Mancosa Centurion. Thank you so much for assisting me on 18 November 2025. You are always a call away and respond positively when I need help. I was very much fortunate from the year 2023 when I started with Mancosa, as my phone call was answered by you. I was in a panic mode, thinking I won't be writing my OSA because I missed an email with instructions that I was supposed to follow before writing my OSA. You calmly took me step by step, even reassuring "that is okay you will write your OSA". Indeed I wrote my OSA for the first time then, without issues, I understood the process clearly. Yesterday 18th November 2025 you rescued me again, when system was giving issues. You showed your kindness and dedication to your job. I truly appreciate it.
