A 0/5 will do in this case. I fail to understand how MANCOSA fails to send me a graduate invite. Instead, when you send an email, they will give you 4 different dates. You try calling the contact center, you hold on for hours and hours. How is this even possible? How does one make necessary arrangements? And to make it even worse, they send an invoice stating I have outstanding fees, which doesn't make sense as I have my final exam results as well as completion transcript, I don't know even if the so called' "Invites " will be sent as we approximately six week's away from the commencement of the graduation ceremonies, according to their dates.
