graduation letter sent 7 days befor graduation

I have received a letter informing me of graduations on the 7th April 2018. I have been trying to call your office but the phone went un answered ( how unprofessional). I spoke to Gresham and he said he was transferring me to Kirsten Robinston but the phone rang until it was cut off.

I was not able to afford to travel from PTA with my parents to Durban for graduation as it is short notice. It will require flights, rental car, graduation gown, Photos, belt, hat/cap, clothes I need to buy and all of that will cost a lot.

Gresham told me that the reason you were not able to send letters on time is because your system was not working for two months, I asked him why didn’t you call the students that will be graduating to prepare themselves then. You cannot give us 7 working days to prepare for graduation. Greham had the nerve to ask me to go take a loan ( really).

MBA is a huge step and mancosa made me miss my dream of graduating, I worked hard for three years to get on that stage. Greham refused to allow me to graduate in October.
