Graduation invite missing

So I did my post grad in Business Management with Mancosa for graduation this year. I have not received an invite and when I followed up I was told it's in July. I have not even received the invite. Some students have received in April already. To this day, I wait... I'm supposed to be preparing and submitting Leave and share the invite with my employer. I'm not sure sure I still want to carry on studying with Mancosa. The admin is just a pain I must say.
