Graduation certificate

I finished my qualification in July, didn’t attend the graduation they said the certificate would be sent after the graduation ceremony. No updates as to when i will get it. Now i have to beg them to send me the certificate, their service is very disappointing, they are so quick to send the invoice for fees but they fail to deliver on the services that you pay for.
