Graduation

I did my Bcom IT with MANCOSA i have completed my degree last year December with several DS's i paid all my fees.Then i started inquire about my graduation after someone in the whatsApp group of mancosa told us that he/she got an invitation to graduate , i then started sending emails to MANCOSA asking about my graduation so that i could prepare myself they didnt bother to reply to me i have logged so many calls using both my school portal and MANCOSA app without a reply then around May i got an email with the link in it to RSVP for graduation unfortunaetly the link was expired because the GAUTENG graduation was already passed immediately i called them then they transferred my call to the graduation department, i raised my concern to the guy he did apologized telling me how sorry they are and then they offered me a 2nd change to go to Durban to graduate there of which time was not on my side and i didnt even have the money for logistics for my hubby and my daughter whom i wanted to inspire , the graduation was on Sutarday and it was on Thursday when i called them, then they told me that i will graduate during October 2023 of which i accept it because i am currently busy with MY Honours with a different institution.Then they send me a form to fill and send it back to them so that they can at least courier my certificate so that i can apply for a better job i did that but even today i didnt get a degree i am still applying using my transcript, my employer who paid for my bursary is still waiting for my degree to update my file. iam so so disappointed i regret changing the university i was with before.... i tried sending them emails they dont reply instead they are still recruiting me to do MBA with them. i doubt if i will graduate in October but if they i dont get my degree before the end of JUNE i will escalate the matter to DHET, OMBUDSMAN and to the media ,i am sure daily marveric, sunday time and Power FM would assist me in this matter
