Graduation

Is it possible to give less than one star because that is what I would give. I am a Johannesburg student eligible for graduation. Firstly no one can tell whether the graduation will take place in Joburg or Durban, which is ridiculous in itself considering I studied in Johannesburg, the only response that I ever get is that the dates and venue will be communicated a month before the date which is absolutely unreasonable if I would have to travel all the way to Durban. How are you expected to make travel arrangements, book accommodation and sort everything out in less than a month. Does Mancosa plan to cover the travel and accommodation costs for their students that studied in Johannesburg? Mancosa has no problem picking up their phones to call and check if you've paid all your fees but they can't answer their telephone lines if you need help with anything. The fact the I have to take out money to travel for my graduation, while still having to pay money to actually graduate (Even if I don't attend as well) is honestly *******, especially after paying tuition fees for 4 years. Honestly can't deal that such a momentous occasion must involve such nonsense.
