GRADUATION....

Mancosa is very unprofessional. Its been a gruesome 3 years with them. NEVER EVER TO BE REPEATED. I read a review yesterday by Evelyn M about graduations. At least she got her invite I STILL HAVE NOT. Her complaint shed light on when graduations are. Had it not been for her complaint , I wouldn't have known and I am also from Gauteng.

I EMAILED,CALLED,EMAILED,CALLED..... to no avail.

I emailed Gresham Joseph, no response. I emailed Kirsten Robinson, no response. I emailed the graduation department, no response. I called student services and spoke to Noluthando Ngcobo who promised to call me around 14:00 29/03/18, she never called. I then called student services at about 14:04 and spoke to Ndumiso who said Noluthando was not at her desk.

So I asked him to go to graduation department and ask them to send me the invite as I need to know the time slot for my graduation in order for me to make the necessary travelling and other arrangements ,he also promised to do that and give me a call around 14:25, he also never did.

I'm in Limbo....

I honestly can't believe this is happening seriously.

I'm DONE...NO MORE mancosa FOR ME.
