Good college, but unhelpful staff, illogical re-mark process and bad admin

Let me first say that I enjoy studying through Mancosa especially through the pandemic as they provide enough support.

According to student services applications, re-marks are only allowed 5 days from the day results were released. This I understand, however when going through Mancosa Connect I picked up that I have assignments that have been marked with no results given and the date for re-mark already passed, this I do not understand.

For Economics on their side it shows results were submitted on the 12/05/2020, however results were only released 25/05/2020, meaning by the time I got to see my results I could no longer apply for the re-mark as the re-mark application should have been in on the latest the 17/05/2020. The same thing is currently happening with my Business Management short question, the results are not out yet but the application for re-mark date was the 19/05/2020. How do I apply for a remark and not even know my results???

The only reason I am on this platform is because I have been dealing with Antoinette LaBonne which is probably the least helpful person I have dealt with ever. I would like an investigation done and an explanation on what is being done about the situation as your re-mark process does not make sense. Please also ask Antoinette for the screenshots I provided her with to better understand what I am referring to.
