Getting student support services from Mancosa has proven to be a nightmare
HOL-157851-09 22. I logged a request to defer my studies to the January intake. I have followed up and getting no response. I have called the student support number , I can never get through. I got an email to say someone has responded to my request. I have received no communication from Mancosa on email or on Telephone. Nondumiso Mafu was assisting me , not sure whether she is the one that needs to get back to me or not.
