Frustration with getting Transcript and applying for Post Grad

Hi, I have been attempting to obtain my academic transcript by engaging via the portal chat and by replying to the email with the ticket reference since Wednesday, the 7th. However, no consultant has contacted me to date.

In addition, I logged another ticket on the same day after encountering an error on the returning student application portal, which I reported via email to *** as instructed. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any feedback regarding this matter either.
