Frustrated Mancosa Student

Been trying to request a remark for my last project, however it has been a traumatizing struggle, still is, the option for the module that we are supposed to request the Remark for is not coming up, it's reflecting the previous module, I have already paid the R250 that's required and yet I'm still not able to request the Remark, have called and sent numerous tickets, it's so frustrating because we are writing our final Exams Wednesday.. Module in question is Operations Management In Supply Chain
