Follow up- still waiting for response from Mancosa

This is a follow-up to my previous review about my terrible experience at MANCOSA. I was surprised to receive an automated reply from MANCOSA acknowledging my review and stating that they would contact me to discuss my concerns. However, it's been *still waiting* - they have NOT contacted me as promised.

This lack of follow-through only reinforces my negative experience with MANCOSA. If they're not even willing to follow up on their own automated responses, how can I trust them to take my concerns seriously? This inaction speaks volumes about their customer service and commitment to resolving student issues.

My original review still stands, and I'm even more convinced that MANCOSA falls short in terms of transparency, fairness, and customer support. Until they demonstrate real effort in addressing student concerns, I will continue to advise against choosing MANCOSA.
