FINANCE DEPARTMENT IS A ****

I am experiencing such a bad service from this Institution. i am registered with then since 2023 and only this year they are telling me about outstanding fees for 2017 which they even written the debt off and sent me a new statement. now after i have paid them the balance as per their statement, they come back again that i owe for 2017 which was a totally different qualification that i didnt even finish and now they dont want to release my result. i about to forfit my bursary for next year because of their incompetence.
