fees paid up yet results blocked

im getting frustrated with Mancosa. i registered with Mancosa last year. they kept making errors on my course only for it to be fixed in February. my fees were paid in January by company bursary and were paid in full. proof of payment was sent to them in January and in april i was informed fees are not paid. i resent pop and they apologised and it was fixed last week i realise my results are blocked and when i query im told i am owing fees. again i resent pop and now i am told my account is handled by a ANNA. how difficult is it for them to update fees being paid. i want my results out today and i am so disattisfied with service i have received from Mancosa. i call them i cannot even get through
