FEES PAID IN FULL - STUDENT PORTAL BLOCKED ???!!!!
Student Fees were paid in FULL at enrolment, however the student portal is blocked.
On 3 May : Nirushka advised confirmed that the account is paid in full and the portal will be unblocked. Very unhappy with the service !!!!
On 1 June : Courtney Sayers again confirmed the account is paid in full and Debtors will release the portal.
To date, the portal remains blocked. Kindly resolve the issue URGENTLY
