Fees not paid

I registered with Mancosa June 2019 and paid fees in full and shared the POP's with Tanya Davids who assisted me with registration. I was contacted by lywellyn Reddy in accounts informing me that my account is in arrears in June 2019, I forwarded the very same email with POP which was previously sent to Mancosa to him. All this time I could not view my results and register because the portal still say I owe the institution. Countless emails were sent to Mancosa with no assistance only today I am told that I am financially cleared, not even a single apology or explanation as to what has been happening all this time.
