False documentation by the Institution

MANCOSA and its student advisors are really causing a lot of stress to an average human being like me. If I keep quiet about this, they will carry on making these false documents and make innocent people like me to question themselves for things which was never there in the first place. I got registered end of January and the first declaration form they claimed i signed was in December 2023, when i wasn't even planning to do PGCE. And the second declaration form they sent when i told them about the issue is for BEd, while i have been registered for PGCE. So it is very clear that this institution has been making false documents against their students to make their lives more comfortable. And it's really sad that the whole registration procedure was done by the student advisor and he was supposed to make everything clear to me if there was a rule for the institution that stated that teaching practice could only be done within a 100km radius. I had posted a review before but it was reported and removed. I would like to say that my review is a 100% honest
