failing to provide student with accurate information

i registered in January and i was not advised that i will need a a laptop or computer in order for me to complete my assessment as well as to write exam as this is my first time registering online . I've been calling without help and only last week i was told that i need a laptop or i must come to the campus . now i bought a laptop and only to find out that i have assessment that are overdue and im unble to submit . I'm so frustrate . i called in today to request a extension and they said there's no other way I'll have to register again in the next intake and i can't even connect to OAS link it says i need to authenticate on the app it doesn't go through . please tell me what's happening with Mancosa . i regret thousand times to register with Mancosa

I feel that Mancosa has betrayed me because of i was not provided with the full information at the beginning . during registration they call each and every minutes , once you've made a payment no one calls you to check if you are able to connect . i will never recommend Mancosa to anyone . My sister registered with the different a intuition she was called constantly to make sure that she understand everything about the process . Mancosa its a **** i believe that's how they make money . I am not happy at all with service i got from Mancosa.
