Failing system

I have been studying with Mancosa for the past 3 Years. This past days i was not able to log in to the mancosa connect portal to complete the KCQ's but as usual mancosa student services does not respond to phone calls and e-mails. Its very sad that an institution like Mancosa can do this to their students. Im saddened because it looks like i will not continue with my modules which i payed for. We do not have large sums of money lying around to keep paying Mancosa. Please put your acts together as this is the worst experience any student can suffer. I will not pay another cent to this institution so they better resolve this.
