Failing students even when they’re above their 60% mark

So I’m currently doing my last semester of my first year with Mancosa. This morning I checked on the app for my results and then boom, saw they’re out. I got baffled and confused of what I was seeing. I was told that for a pass, one needs +50%. To my surprise I failed the module with 57%. Sent emails to the student services and no response. By the way, I sent these mails from 5am.

Another query I have is the college do not effectively communicate with students effectively. I missed an OSA exam and on the day of the exam I app**** for an Aegrotat and it was approved since I submitted proof of why I missed the exam. Now I’m constantly asking when’s the date of the Exam but I’m not getting responses.

Can effective communication be as consistent as it was during registration and during skipped payments.
