Failed Because Of System Issue
I experienced issues with the Mancosa Connect Portal, I tried to contact student services without success because you wait for a consultant for over 30 minutes and now the deadline for my KCQs has expired and I am expected to register for all my semester 2 modules, HOW CRAZY IS THAT?? Over a system issue beyond my control. This is unacceptable and Mancosa, as usual, will never take accountability for the limitations of their system when they impact their students. Every semester I have issues with Mancosa, they must truly enjoy playing with their students' future. Disappointed does not cover my experience with this institution, if there was a zero rating, I would give it to them. I have sent them an email on this matter and I am yet to receive a response.

A representative has indeed been in contact with me however our engagement was yet to be finalized as he was supposed to get back to me.
It has been 3 days since I was promised a call back by the 9th of October COB - well, nothing new here, but I am still waiting.
I would appreciate feedback on this matter as soon as possible.
