Fabrication of documents!!!!

<div>I am not at all happy with the Mancosa service as I'm complaining about teaching Practice for PGCE. I was not informed that I needed to select a school within a 100 km radius of the University for my Teaching Practice. I submitted the SPF on the 11th or 12th of June, selecting a school in Mbizana. Later, I discovered that the SPF was rejected due to the distance, which is when I learned of the 100 km radius requirement.I sent an email to MANCOSA regarding the distance issue, and the response indicated that I could choose Port Shepstone as my area of Teaching Practice. On the 13th of June, I submitted the SPF from Marburg Secondary, approximately 124 km from Durban. This SPF was also rejected due to the distance. I then sent an email stating that I was unaware of the distance requirement and could no longer proceed with the Teaching Practice.An email was sent to me with an attached Distance Declaration, which they claim I signed. However, this declaration was signed on the 10th of December 2023, a time when I was not even planning to do the PGCE. I requested to speak with the student advisor who handled my registration. The response I received, which was cc'd to my student advisor, stated that I was aware of the distance requirement and had signed a declaration, which was attached to the email. Both declarations, which they claim I signed, are attached below. The second declaration, which they claim I signed, pertains to a BEd, while I am registered for the PGCE.It is really disappointing to see such responses and fabricated documents causing undue stress. The student advisor&nbsp; did all the registration process and has fabricated all the documents according to his needs. I spoke to the manager in durban regarding my matter ,which he agreed he would help and solve and now he's not even responding to my emails Very much disappointed with the institution</div>
