Extremely Disappointed with Exam Error and Lack of Support

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with MANCOSA. During my final exam, which I started at 8am sharp, I encountered a serious issue, the paper had missing numbers and was clearly incomplete. I continued writing in good faith, only to find out after submitting that an updated version of the paper had been uploaded later in the day.

There was no notification, no update, no email, nothing to alert students that a corrected version had been uploaded. How is that acceptable during a final exam? I was never given a fair chance to write the correct paper, and this is not a mistake I can afford. Failing due to an error on your side is completely unjust.

What makes it worse is the complete lack of response from student services. I emailed them and received no reply. I then emailed Sipho Hlatshwayo, but again, I was ignored. I feel completely in the dark and unsupported, especially during such a crucial time.

This is not the standard I expected from an institution that claims to support its students. I demand accountability and urgent clarity on how this will be addressed.
