Extremely appalling Service

Disgusting is an under statement.. I don't even know where to start. Firstly I wouldn't t even recommend anyone to register with mancosa.. My student number is 170629. I have an issue with my International Entrepreneurship assignment which was marked for the first time and obtained 14/30. I resubmitted and got 12/30. I don't even know where I went wrong as the notes do not state much. I rewrote some pointers that where marked correct on my first submission, but to my surprise they were marked incorrect on the second submission.. It is sad because I am not the only student in the class that experienced this.

I then called Mancosa the whole day on ***..that office must just close because people there don't want to work.. Period.. Firstly you wait on a queue for 5 min or so. When the consultants answer the phone they cut the calls.. I believe that fees are very expensive.. And to be treated like this is really unexceptable..
