Exorbitant fees charged for exemption !!!

I recently completed my post-grad and my next step would be to register for the MBA. Due the post-grad that I completed I am to be exempt from four modules as they have been covered and paid for during my post-grad. Now I receive a quotation with an exemption charge of R950 per module. No one at Mancosa can provide a detailed breakdown of what makes up this fee, nor provide proof of this being communicated to students prior. Student advisor Lethokuhle Mkhize blatantly avoids answering questions directly and basically turned me away, advising that I should contact their head office. I am basically being asked to pay R3800, for someone to click a button and exempt me from 4 modules, that's the only assumption I can arrive at. This college is ridiculous, we pay exorbitant amounts for modules to be printed and delivered to us. The pre and post-assignment webinars are a joke, a pre-school teacher can read from the guide better than the lecturers at Mancosa. I will never recommend this college to anyone !!!!
