Exceptional customer service by

I experienced difficulties while writing my OSA. Next morning, I visited the MANCOSA Pretoria Learning Centre, I was assisted by the receptionist and Mr Zuko Silevana, both of whom were very helpful. Mr Silevana assured me that my issue would be addressed immediately. He requested that the receptionist send my student number from her phone to the Student Help Desk—along with an explanation of my query. Shortly thereafter, he informed me that a response had been received and that someone would contact me. Within ten minutes I was contacted and provided with instructions going forward. I have since done as per instruction and am awaiting feedback. The level of customer service I received was exceptional. I left that place a happy customer.
