(Exceptional and outstanding Institution) Mancosa rectified my complaint that was posted on Hellopeter- surpassed my expectations (they are a phenomenal and outstanding institution)

About a day or two ago, I send a complaint using hellopeter that Mancosa declined my MBA Application, ie when I tried to register to MBA NQF 9.

The institution was prompt in responding to the complaint on hellopeter; They listened and addressed the complaint and even went the extra mile; Their turnaround time to rectify the misunderstanding was too effective and efficient; They dealt with the matter in an exceptional efficient professional manner (it’s like they put themselves in my shoes)

I would like to say thanks for the great and exceptional business ethic, professionalism, valuing your clients, splendid turnaround times, exceptional communication in terms of follow up and keeping me up to date!

I am impressed and we need businesses like Mancosa.

This kind of business ethic will indeed make this institution, a future institution of choice and a force to be reckoned with!
