Excellent Service from Anila Pillay

Good day ,

I recently experienced bad service and feedback from one of the staff members at this institution who did not want to assist me and hear me out regarding my project.

However, I would like to extend my appreciation to Anila Pillay who is the Student services manager, she went out of her way to assist me.

Although she was recently employed in March this year , she went out of her way and made sure that my query was resolved.

She called me almost everyday since she found out about the query and reassured me that everything was fine.

Friday afternoon, she provided me with such great news that I can submit my assignment.

She also called me on Friday night to advise that the assignment was uploaded successfully.

This lady saved me from re-registering a module unnecessary for something that was out of my control and she made sure that my studies does not get delayed.

She portrayed an excellent example of how students should be treated and she is definitely an asset to MANCOSA.
