EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a query regarding KCQs. I lodged it with Student Support but my query could not be resolved by the consultant handling my case and this led to a lot of frustration and disappointment towards MANCOSA. I later spoke to a gentleman named ZUKO SILEVANA from the Customer Complaint Resolution Centre. He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my query.
