Exams…financial reporting and analysis

Recieved my results and one module is marked wrong. There is no way I can pass everything with distinction and one module being financial reporting and analysis is absolutely waaaay below. I submitted queries no one is responding. I called and was on hold for 45min. My fees are fully paid. There cannot be an excuse for such. Can it be corrected or send me my exam so I know if something was missing.
