I registered at Mancosa for a postgraduate diploma in business management in 2020. I then cancelled my registration within a month of registration. I read their cancellation policy carefully and submitted everything as per their requirements. The refunds department has not responded to my email since then. I have tried to send my request to student advisor in vain. My worry is that this is the institution I wanted to enroll for my MBA. However, their service has left me with so many questions and I doubt I want to ever enroll there again in the future. There are other many reasons for poor service I have left out in this review. As an institution please get your business together and strive for excellent service!!!!!!!
