I am a registered student of Mancosa, and I am being forced to re-register modules I passed. No one can give an explanation. I spoke to Sinenhlanhla Bohlela who was supposed to assist; she came back with a vague answer. I requested to speak to a manager on 15 October 2025; she promised to give the details of the manager who said I must re-register the modules I passed at a cost of thousands of rands, but looking at reviews about Mancosa, you realize it's a ****, which should not be allowed to operate in this country. So this is how Mancosa ****s students; decisions are made by faceless managers. I have been trying to speak to a manager since Monday. I am going to the media and the Department of Education. This can't be allowed to continue, where students are being ****med out of their hard-earned money.

Dear Pogiso

All assessment due dates are communicated well in advance upon registration in both the programme handbook and on the MANCOSAConnect student portal.
If a student misses an assessment due date, then mitigating factors need to be communicated for an extension to be granted, as per the Institutional Rules that are acknowledged and agreed to by all students upon enrolment. Being "unaware" of the due dates does not constitute a mitigating factor, and to allow the late submission of these assessments now, a semester late, and after all other students have received their assessment outcomes and results is academically unsound, ********* and unfair to all other students who met the minimum requirements and completed their assessments on time. As such, no accommodation can be made for these assessments to be submitted now, after the semester has concluded and with no valid mitigating factors.

Kind Regards
MANCOSA Team
