Dumbest institution

<p>I requested a letter from last year to submit to sponsor in order for to mke the payment they could not give me the letter. What a dumbest decision, who is going to pay them if they don`t allow sponsors. If you are using a busary or sponsor don`t go to MANCOSA is group of dumb people doing dumb staff I have been requestiong this letter for so long and now I am in risk of missing the deadline. </p>
