Don't study through Mancosa

We paid my daughter's registration fees to Mancosa at the end of January via a link they sent me by e-mail. After several e-mails and proof of payments that I had to send, I was left with no other option than to register my child at another institution. She would have lost her job. Now I'm struggling to get my money back from Mancosa. No matter when I call, 8h00 in the morning or 16h45 in the afternoon, the same message keeps playing: "We are currently experiencing high call volumes. Please be patient. Your call is important to us." So the only conclusion I can draw is that there are hundreds of thousands of students who have the same problem as me. Mancosa takes your money, doesn't register you for the course you got admission for with them according to all their WhatsApp and e-mail messages and then they reject all your proof of payments again when you ask for your money back. So they make millions of rands by *****ing it, because how many people don't just give up on them. I will advise nobody to study through them
