Doesn't know how business world work

First you struggle to get a statement and you willing to pay them. Then they call you to say you owe money....

Next minute you would like to register and you have registered but no communication to say that it's been approved, so that you can pay and go forward. Been trying to get old of them no answer, finally I get hold of them and they say that registration is closing in a days time and I have to pay them. But how can they not communicate with a person! Really how can a management school do this???
