Do you not waste your money with this institution

My frustration with them is their administration is below standard and their consultants have no manner of speaking they forget that we are not kids. I was a student with outstanding fees for my final year. Firstly my results for the first and 2nd year were suspended but the fees weee fully paid and no body could provide me with a sufficient explanation why is that so. Secondly I received a bursary to pay off my final year and they gave me a run around up until I missed a deadline for submission. Again this year I received another bursary to pay my fees the college refused to issue me with a letter confirming that I’ve completed but I’m owing fees as proof as the invoice is outdated. However I have letters issued last year before and after graduation that state I’ve completed. I further have a status of being a graduate from them but if I ask for assistance for them to get their money it a problem. I had to borrow fund to pay off in order to obtain the statement of results , after sending a proof of payment they claim that it is not legit they cannot help me and I’m now insinuating that I’m ***** if them. I’ve exhausted my hopes with this institution I will not further my education with them or recommend it to anyone. I really want my certificate it or even statement of results it due to me. I’m not sure if the mission is to break the student’s career because wow the service is pathetic .
